About Us

Company Background

Kingsland Court was formed in June 2001 with the aim of bringing a greater degree of independent professionalism into the management of retirement benefits arrangements. The founder of Kingsland Court, a former pensions expert in Standard Chartered Bank, started Kingsland Court to offer a broad range of independent services to the retirement benefits industry in Kenya and elsewhere in Africa.
Kingsland Court now has a team of 16 professionals, all trained and experienced specialists in the retirement benefits industry.

To be the service provider of choice for the retirement benefits industry in East Africa.
At Kingsland Court we provide a personal and exceptional service to both new and existing clients. We have endeavored to ensure that we have capable systems and human resources to enable us give our clients a personal and professional service.

We Value Our Customers

Our clients are at the centre of everything we do.
Putting clients first means many things. Above all it means that we have to focus on our clients’ needs.
The starting point in this is of course knowing and understanding your needs.
Then we must tailor our services to individual clients’ needs.
Then we must measure our performance by the standards our clients set.

Kingsland Court

  • Has well developed and locally maintained systems
  • Is innovative and pro-active in catering for its clients’ needs
  • Assures data security and integrity
  • Is driven by a determination to be the best (not just the biggest) retirement benefits service company in East Africa, with a reputation for strength and quality service delivery
About us!

Perfect Team

Without experienced and motivated human resources, no scheme administration and accounting business will provide a consistently superior service. Thus our recruitment and retention policies focus on employment which will both attract and keep the most talented retirement benefits specialists. We believe that such an environment is created through ensuring for each member of the team scope for individual growth and development.

One of the key principles in the management of Kingsland Court is that the senior managers are as interchangeable as possible. To achieve this, while each manager has a primary role, each also has a back-up who is able to substitute at any time. There is no real hierarchical structure in our management. We work truly as a team and all important decisions are taken collegially.

Trust Secretariat and governance and risk management services are delivered by our relationship managers, all of whom are TDPK certified.
