We are licensed by the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) as a Corporate Trustee, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the management of retirement benefit schemes. We are also licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to act as Corporate Trustees for Collective Investment Schemes, where we provide independent fiduciary oversight and safeguard investor interests.
In line with data privacy regulations, Kingsland Court is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) as both a Data Controller and Data Processor.
